This must be the best view ever. The setting is beautiful. I like the gardens, hearing the sea, waking up to sun and vast blue skies,stary nights, peaceful location, relaxed atmosphere. We have a memorable stay, and beautiful weather. Couldn`t have found a better spot really. Thanks!

I'm pleased to say we are very impressed with the flat.
David is very welcoming, friendly and great to talk too! He gave us lots of good information about the flat and the area and also we discussed the weather and places to eat out etc. A very helpful and altogether a very nice chap!
The windows have been replaced with double-glazing which is a great move!

I and my family liked especially the "cosiness and privacy" of the flat as well as what we would term as the flat having "The Best View in Carbis Bay"! Yes, some of the private houses alongside having similar views but they must come at a premium!.
The location is very good for walking in the evening to St. Ives and access to the beach during the day as well as yourself and David being very good hosts and friendly people!
All in all we'd definitely book again at this time of the year or in the summer and would recommend this flat to our friends.

We saw dolphins in the bay on our first morning and was able to watch them for about 30 mins... What a treat.

Wow. We all have had the most fantastic 2 week holiday - Great beaches and What a lovely place to stay. Very friendly and brilliant / fantastic views never stopped anywhere with such fantastic views from Bedroom & Lounge. Wow, amazing.

As a regular visitor to Chywartha spanning several years, the view has been much commented on already, and is long treasured by us. It remains probably our favorite view in the UK.
The location is ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of St. Ives, yet the coastal path walk is always part or our holiday, even the steep bits on the way back!
We have eaten and drunk heartily, including a delicious vegetarian meal at the "Bean Inn" up the main road in Carbis Bay, and "The Wave" in St.Ives.
The beaches are idyllic and the colour of the sesa mesmorising which is why we return time and again.
David is a great host who always has time for his guests.
The peace and tranquility of Chywartha is the reason we return time and time again, with its magnificent views, this is the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Just Perfect! We are already looking forward to the next time!

We discovered Chywartha purely by accident on the internet and are so glad to have found it. We usually stay in St.Ives, so Carbis Bay is a first for us. The view is absolutely fantastic and the peace and quiet away from St.Ives has made this a very relaxing stay

Great to be back home in KERNOW again. The views from this apartment are breathtaking, the bay looks even better than I remember it as a boy.
My wife, originally from Hayle, also enjoyed the view which was seldom blighted by rain.
David is as Cornish as they come and a very helpful person. Thank you for lending me the tools to tidy parents graves.
