Reservations require £65 deposit non refundable. We accept debit and credit cards online, via our secure payment.

Bookings require full payment in advance. We accept cheque and online bank transfer.
We also accept Debit/Credit Cards, 5% commission added.

Booking fee should be received at least 1 month prior to the booking date.

A single set of keys are given when you arrive, you will be met by the owner, please tell us the time of arrival.

Once a booking has been confirmed we will charge an administration fee of £65 for cancellations, we will use our best endeavours to secure another booking, however, if we are unable to do so, the full hire charge becomes due for payment 4 weeks before your holiday was due to commence.

If due to any occurrence beyond the control of the owner or his agent, the accommodation is unavailable as booked, eg. fire, flood, etc, all monies paid to us will be refunded in full, but there will be no further liability towards the hirer.

The accommodation is for maximum of 4 people, no other guests may occupy the accommodation other than those stated at the time of booking.

The property must be vacated by outgoing guests by 10.00 am on day of departure, in order that the property can be cleaned. Incoming guests may have access after 3.00 pm on day of arrival (unless by prior arrangement).

We recommend you to come by train.

The travel is really pleasant, and we are just 5 hours away from London Paddington.

There is a connexion train at St. Erth (just before Penzance), where you take the local train going to St. Ives.

There is a train station in Carbis Bay, and we are at 5 min. walking from the station, on a level footpath (To reach the footpath walk along Cottage Hotel). Or take a taxi if the luggage is heavy.

90% of tourists come by car to Cornwall, so if coming by car, we advise you to come in the early hours to avoid heavy traffic along the A30.

When coming by car, take the M4 and M5, and then the A30 from Exeter. Follow signs to Launceston, Bodmin, Redruth, and Penzance. After Hayle, turn right to St. Ives along A3074, and just before Tesco Stores in Carbis Bay, turn right at Pannier Lane. Continue down the road, until you find Parc Owles. We are the 3rd house before the road ends, on your right hand. Just after the 5 garages of Moonrakers.

To park here is free. This is a cul the sac road, very safe with no traffic.

On the next map, View Full Screen (top right hand corner), and using your mouse you can zoom in or out, view 360 degrees, see the view, houses around, even moving pressing the > signs and go all the way through the road.
